If you are one of those who need the alarm clock to sound several times before you finally get up, it's probably because you don't get enough rest .

Ideally we should be able to wake up around the same time every day without   needing any alarm. 

In any case, if you prefer to use an alarm clock, with   a  only time it rings you should be able to get up.

There are devices and apps that help   wake up less abruptly, with silent, vibrating alarms. Or pleasant music that induces a peaceful awakening.

 

Even in some   sleep monitoring apps, you can set a time range to wake up and   the app detects the sleep state you are in and sounds the alarm at the time of that range that is less disruptive.
