Apple Watch
With the Sleep app on Apple Watch, you can create sleep schedules to help you achieve your nightly rest goals.
Take the watch to bed, and the Apple Watch will record your hours of sleep. When you wake up, open the Sleep app to see how long you've slept and see your sleep trends for the last 14 days.
